One to One Community Care can provide routine, supportive care arrangements for individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
Compassionate, tailored care arrangements
We take the time to understand the individual’s needs, and arrange a care plan that doesn’t drastically disrupt their routine, which can be distressing for those with dementia or Alzheimer’s. We want your loved one to enjoy life in a place they are familiar with and can enjoy some independence, whilst receiving the care and attention that they need. All of our carers are DBS-checked and City and Guilds certified.
As an organisation we are a “Good” rated provider (CQC inspection), meaning you can rest assured knowing that we will provide the right level of care.
How does it work?
We will arrange to visit your loved one regularly throughout the week, as often as required. We can help them with any aspect of their day-to-day life, including:
