At One to One Community Care we take the time to discuss your needs, to ensure we provide the right support in your daily life. We will discuss in detail the types of support we provide, and you are welcome to ask as many questions as you need.
Once you have made your decision the plan of care will be implemented and copies left in your home along with contact numbers for you to show anyone you wish to see it as well as if any changes need to be made it can be reviewed immediately. We recognise your right to make choices of how your care is to be delivered and we will respect that at all times.
